Pacific Shoring Products, LLC, announced today that they have acquired EZE Shore, Ltd. located in the United Kingdom. EZE Shore Ltd. introduced a strong, lightweight, fully composite shoring system for trench depths up to 8 ft. into the European market in 2018 and has been the pioneer in composite shoring since the products introduction. As part of the acquisition, Pacific Shoring Products also acquired the existing patent rights in both the USA and in Europe.
Bruce Russell, CEO of Pacific Shoring Products, LLC said “As the market gravitates towards lighter weight shoring solutions, it was natural for Pacific Shoring Products to lead the transition through the acquisition of the pioneer in patented composite shoring solutions. This acquisition also enhances our international dealer base as we service EZE Shoring’s existing European dealers with our full range of trench safety solutions. The EZE Shoring composite system adds additional depth to our full range of aluminum, steel and now composite trench safety equipment.”
The products inventor and EZE Shoring GM, Glenn Wood, will continue to be involved in the sale and development of composite shoring systems for Pacific Shoring Products post acquisition.
