Modular Aluminum Panel Systems – OrangeThe Pacific Shoring Products Orange Modular Aluminum Panel System consists of modular tongue and groove panels, corner posts, and adjustable steel spreaders. The system can be constructed in 2-sided, 3-sided, and 4-sided configurations. This modular system allows for the construction and simplified modifications of the box at the job site. Hydraulic power struts are also available, allowing the modular aluminum panel system to become a hydraulic shoring system. Modular panel lengths are available from 2 ft. to 16 ft. long. Corner posts vary in size from 2 ft. to 12 ft. Boxes may be stacked and have allowable depths up to 25 ft. in C-80 Soil.

Modular Aluminum Panel Systems Hand Rail System – RedThe Pacific Shoring Hand Rails are an additional structure that can be added to shoring boxes by use of extended corners. When properly installed, the hand rails extend 42” from the top of the excavation. The top of the box acts as a kick guard. A gate can be used which measures 2ft wide.

These panel assemblies fit in place of modular aluminum buildable box panels. Red Buildable box cutouts can be used at one or multiple wall lines.

Modular Aluminum Panel Systems Sheeting Guide – RedThe Pacific Shoring Modular Buildable Box Sheeting Guide is an aluminum sheet pile guide system that fits in place of one of the buildable box panels. This allows a line of sheet piles to be placed up to and over obstructions such as cross trench lines. The guide frame may be used at one or multiple wall lines. The sheeting can be installed by hand and may be skipped or interlocked provided there is no sloughing or raveling through the cracks. There are filler panels that fit in the corners where the sheeting ends. The sheeting guide frame comes in all lengths that modular panels are available in.

Red-Blue MAPS Davit Arm AdapterThe Pacific Shoring Products Davit Arm Adapter allows the Xtripa IN-2482 Shoring Adapter and the Xtripa IN-2483 Davit Arm to be utilized with our Modular Aluminum Panel Systems. The steel davit arm adapter protects the aluminum panel sections from damage while providing a robust mounting surface for the Xtripa IN-2482 Shoring Adapter. The Xtripa system is part of a personal protection equipment system for fall protection, work positioning, or rescue, for use in confined spaces.

Modular Aluminum Panel Systems – YellowThe Pacific Shoring Modular Buildable Box is an aluminum shoring system. It consists of 2.8” by 8” tongue and groove panels, corner posts, and a strut system at the ends.
This shoring system is generally used in utility work where differing conditions and excavation geometry occur on a daily basis. The system can be easily loaded onto a truck and constructed at the site as the excavation dimensions reveal themselves.
The aluminum buildable boxes may be stacked as long as they are pinned together and it allows depths to 25 feet.
